KNOWLEDGE BASE GUIDE

Ask questions across your project memory.

Knowledge Base helps you recover facts, compare decisions, and find threads across completed meetings and uploaded documents.

Step 1

Choose the project you want to search.

Open Knowledge Base from the Workspace menu. CONSELA shows the projects you can access, along with the completed meetings and documents available to search.

Project selection happens before the conversation so every answer stays grounded in the right context.

The chooser keeps Knowledge Base visible as a global workspace feature while preserving project-level boundaries.

Step 2

Ask a question in plain language.

Use one of the suggested questions or write your own. Ask for a risk summary, compare recommendations, find an assumption, or recover a fact from the project archive.

Knowledge Base retrieves what is already in the project. Start a new meeting when you need fresh research and an advisory debate.

The question is scoped to the selected project and stays in the temporary conversation for the current page session.

Step 3

Read the answer and check its sources.

The answer appears beneath your question. It explains the evidence, keeps the reasoning readable, and shows the verified source links used to support the response.

Use the answer to orient yourself, then open the original meeting or document when the decision needs deeper review.

Verified sources are listed beneath the answer so you can inspect the evidence instead of treating the response as a black box.
