How to request help
Email [email protected] from the account email where possible. State the request, relevant organization/workspace and a safe way to contact you. Do not send passwords or unnecessary sensitive information.
Available requests
- Access and a copy of personal data.
- Correction of inaccurate data.
- Deletion, subject to legal, security, billing, organization-ownership and backup exceptions.
- Restriction or objection to certain processing.
- Portable export where technically and legally applicable.
- Withdrawal of consent for optional processing.
- Applicable US state privacy requests, including access, correction, deletion and opt-out requests.
Member-account deletion is scheduled for processing after a 14-day grace period. The member can cancel before processing begins; eligible processing removes access and anonymizes the member while preserving organization-owned content. Project deletion is scheduled for 14 days, hides the project immediately, and can be cancelled by restoring it during the grace period. At the end of that period, project meetings, reports, files and related content are permanently purged unless a documented legal or security hold applies. Organization deletion is scheduled for 14 days, disables organization changes and invitations immediately, and can be cancelled during the grace period. After the grace period, the organization is quarantined while applicable export, security and retention processes are completed.
What happens next
We may verify identity and authority before responding. We respond without undue delay and within the deadlines required by applicable law, including one month for many GDPR requests. If an organization controls the data, we may direct the request to that organization or act on its documented instructions. Legal, security, billing and backup retention exceptions may limit deletion.
Complaints
EEA residents may complain to their local supervisory authority. US residents may use applicable state-authority processes. Contact us first so we can try to resolve the issue.
