Cookie Policy

What cookies are

Cookies and similar technologies store or access information on your device. CONSELA uses them to keep you signed in, protect forms and maintain secure sessions. We will ask for consent before using non-essential analytics, advertising, fingerprinting or similar technologies where the law requires it.

Categories

  • Strictly necessary: authentication, session, security, CSRF protection, load balancing and consent preferences. These are required for the Service and cannot be disabled through the application.
  • Preferences: settings that remember choices. These will be used only where necessary or after consent as applicable.
  • Analytics: product usage and reliability measurement. Not currently approved for loading before consent; provider and retention details must be added if enabled.
  • Advertising: no advertising cookies are currently intentionally deployed. Any future use requires an updated notice and consent flow.

Third parties

Cloudflare Turnstile may be used for registration, sign-in and abuse prevention when enabled. Stripe may be used on hosted payment pages. ZeptoMail (a Zoho service) sends account and service messages. Google Sign-In and Google Drive APIs may be used where enabled. These providers may process technical identifiers as described in the Subprocessor List. CONSELA does not intentionally deploy advertising cookies or analytics cookies at this time.

Your choices

You can control cookies through browser settings and the application's Privacy Choices control. Accept, reject and customize controls are presented with comparable prominence. CONSELA currently loads only strictly necessary technologies; optional preferences, analytics and advertising technologies are not enabled. If optional technologies are introduced, they will remain blocked until the required consent is recorded. Withdrawing optional consent will stop future optional processing.
