Run one decision from brief to follow-up.

Start with the question you need to answer. CONSELA researches it, challenges the first findings, and gives you a decision record you can question afterwards.

Step 1

Start with the decision.

Open New meeting, choose the project that should own the work, and describe the business situation and decision ahead. Add documents if they contain useful context, choose the report language, and select project members who should receive updates.

You do not need a perfect prompt. Include the market, customers, constraints, alternatives, and what a useful recommendation would help you decide.

Step 2

Watch the work move through phases.

The status page keeps the meeting legible while the AI advisory team works. You can see experts research independently, challenge the first findings, debate the evidence, and draft the final consensus.

Completed expert reports appear as cards. Select a finished report to read the detail and inspect the sources behind it.

Step 3

Answer when the AI advisory team asks.

The meeting runs in the background. If the AI advisory team needs information only you can provide, it pauses and sends an in-app notification. Open the notification, answer the questions you can, and choose Submit & continue.

You can leave questions blank. If you are away, unanswered clarification questions are skipped after the configured waiting window and the meeting resumes automatically.

Step 4

Read the decision record.

When the meeting is complete, open the notification or return to the project. Start with the consensus, then open the expert reports, transcript, and sources when you want to inspect the reasoning.

The result is a working record, not a black-box answer: recommendations, owners, risks, disagreement, and evidence stay together.

Step 5

Ask about one passage.

Select part of the consensus or transcript with your mouse. CONSELA shows Ask about this passage. Click it, write what you want to understand, and the quoted text is attached to your question.

Step 6

Continue with follow-up questions.

Use the follow-up area below the result to ask for more depth, challenge an assumption, or address a specific advisor. Each question starts a thread so the exchange stays connected to the original decision.

Apply the thread when you are ready: after the answer is complete, click Apply to decision document. CONSELA creates a new consensus version and keeps the earlier version available.

That is the main loop.

Start a decision, give the AI advisory team context, read what it found, and keep asking until the recommendation is useful. CONSELA generates advisory material; review important information with qualified professionals.
