Acceptable Use

You may use CONSELA only for lawful business research and decision support. You must not:

• Break the law, violate sanctions, or facilitate fraud, abuse, harassment, discrimination or harm.
• Upload personal, confidential or copyrighted material without the necessary authority.
• Use output as the sole basis for employment, credit, insurance, housing, education, healthcare or other high-impact decisions about people.
• Attempt unauthorized access, probe another tenant, bypass permissions, evade quotas or disrupt the Service.
• Upload malware, credentials, payment-card data or highly sensitive information that the Service is not designed to protect.
• Infringe intellectual-property, privacy, publicity or other third-party rights.
• Scrape, resell, sublicense, reverse engineer or build a competing service from the Service except where law permits.
• Use automated access in a way that burdens providers, search sources or other users.

Enforcement

We may investigate reports, restrict content, suspend access or terminate accounts where necessary to protect users, the Service or the law. Where practical, we will explain decisions and provide a route to contact us. Copyright complaints use the Copyright and DMCA process.
