Copyright and Content Complaints
CONSELA provides a copyright complaint process for content made available through public share links and the Service. CONSELA does not currently claim registered DMCA safe-harbor protection or publish a designated DMCA agent.
Copyright complaints
If you believe content stored through CONSELA infringes your copyright, send a notice to [email protected] with: your physical or electronic signature; identification of the copyrighted work; the location of the allegedly infringing material; your contact information; a good-faith statement that the use is unauthorized; and a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act.
Response
We may remove or disable access to material, notify the affected user, preserve relevant records and request additional information. We do not have an obligation to monitor all content. Formal US DMCA registration and designated-agent details may be added if CONSELA later relies on that safe-harbor framework.
Counter-notices
A counter-notice should identify the removed material and its former location, include your signature and contact information, state under penalty of perjury that removal was a mistake or misidentification, and consent to the appropriate court jurisdiction and service of process. We may restore material where legally permitted after the statutory process.
Repeat infringement
We may suspend or terminate accounts of repeat infringers and may consider valid notices, counter-notices and other reliable evidence.
